Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist – Privileged

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with Physicians, healthcare professionals, and C-level executives to meet client expectations by sourcing top talent.

• Create and implement recruiting strategies to achieve and surpass designated staffing objectives.

• Compose and advertise job openings across various job boards.

• Identify qualified candidates through research, cold calling, and networking activities.

• Keep an updated status on all recruitment assignments.

• Engage in weekly meetings and/or training sessions.

• Communicate professionally with executive leadership.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as required to support the department/organization's needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting C-level executives and Physicians.

• A comprehensive understanding of the workforce solution industry is essential.

• Exceptional time management skills are necessary.

• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office Suite).

• Strong communication and customer service abilities are required.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Professional demeanor is expected.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending client-specific job requirements.

• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fully remote setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.

• Detail-oriented and dependable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.
