This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and nurture relationships with professionals in administration, healthcare, and related fields to meet client hiring requirements.
• Create and implement recruiting strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing recruitment objectives.
• Comprehend the specific requirements outlined in job descriptions.
• Clearly convey job responsibilities, client atmosphere, processes, benefits, and paid time off to prospective candidates.
• Keep updated status on all recruiting assignments.
• Develop a candidate pool in preparation for client demands to ensure rapid fulfillment.
• Evaluate applications, conduct interviews with candidates, coordinate interviews with clients, and more.
• Engage in weekly meetings and/or training sessions.
• Maintain professional communication with executive leadership.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to fulfill the needs of the department or organization.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of preferred recruiting experience.
• Ability to work effectively with demanding clients and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Capacity to address objections or challenges that may hinder candidates from progressing through the recruitment process.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
