This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Communicate and share information from NexRep’s clients with independent contractors in a live virtual setting.
• Co-lead certification groups.
• Prepare daily reports to Operations regarding the class's progress.
• Work closely with campaign managers on content to ensure that the client’s policies and procedures remain current.
• Develop and revise content for Certification purposes.
• Collect feedback from independent contractors to identify emerging trends.
• Conduct refresher sessions to keep independent contractors informed about the client's policies, products, and procedures.
• Assess and refine existing methods for certifying independent contractors.
• Meet with contractors one-on-one when they are lagging behind on certification materials.
• Assist new contractors during their first 1-2 weeks of service following the completion of their certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and attentive to time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Personal laptop or desktop computer with an HD webcam. (Dual monitors are recommended)
• Reliable and fast internet connection.
• Headset equipped with a microphone.
• Strong technological proficiency.
• Availability may vary based on client needs.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as required.
• Maintain a consistently professional environment.
• Have a well-lit, distraction-free workspace.
• NexRep will reimburse travel expenses incurred.
