This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to effectively implement, manage, and enhance digital advertising campaigns across Hearst Magazines properties.
• Oversee the complete campaign trafficking process in Google Ad Manager, LiveIntent, and other advertising platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched correctly and on time.
• Gather campaign assets, conduct thorough quality assurance on third-party tags and creative, and validate campaign configurations to guarantee impeccable execution.
• Work closely with our offshore support team by conveying trafficking requests, campaign launch specifications, and reviewing deliverables for quality and precision.
• Track campaign pacing and effectiveness against client KPIs, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and proactively address trafficking or reporting issues to enhance campaign success.
• Take ownership of campaign reporting by providing both internal and client-facing performance reports, emphasizing insights, recommendations, and top-performing campaign components.
• Assist with billing operations by reconciling monthly campaign delivery, collaborating with Account Management to resolve billing discrepancies, and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Act as a reliable ad operations resource for Sales and Sales Support teams while maintaining expertise in industry standards, ad technology, and third-party system integrations.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing comprehensive digital advertising campaigns, including trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience in supporting campaign management, pacing, performance enhancement, and client reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a collaborative, customer-centric mindset.
• Capability to rapidly learn new platforms, technologies, and advertising workflows.
• Familiarity with third-party ad servers like Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Innovid, or VAST video is advantageous.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or SQL is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
