• Reach out to current, qualified vacation club owners (warm leads) through telephone communications (no external, face-to-face sales).
• Assist club owners in expanding their portfolios by purchasing and utilizing additional Ownership points.
• Provide purchase suggestions for extra Ownership points supported by a structured, detailed sales process.
• Maximize net sales volume while representing the company as a professional and ethical 'voice' to customers.
• Team members are expected to adhere to all production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exhibit self-motivation with a "One Team" approach, capable of working independently and in collaboration with key partners throughout the organization.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and engage actively in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions conducted through platforms like Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Basic technical skills are necessary to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Sales experience is required.
• An active state real estate license is necessary (if mandated in the state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship for HGV roles (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship for BXG roles (AZ, FL, GA, TN, MI, NV, MO, NC, NS, TX, VA, WI).
