TeleSales Retention Representative, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Generate leads to achieve and surpass personal sales targets for new enrollments.

• Manage incoming telephone inquiries efficiently.

• Make outbound calls associated with enrollment and disenrollment processes.

• Provide daily activity production reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Preferred knowledge of Medicare Health Plans and/or a background in health insurance.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must possess an active Health and Life license.
