This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conducting outbound calls to potential and existing UK customers
• Confidently and accurately showcasing products and services
• Achieving and surpassing daily call and conversion objectives
• Keeping current records in the CRM system
• Following up on leads and managing a callback schedule
• Referring complex inquiries to senior sales personnel as necessary
• Background in outbound sales or telesales
• A professional and convincing telephone demeanor
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• A dependable internet connection and a quiet home office
• Strong self-drive and the capability to meet targets independently
