This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As the initial point of contact for our motor insurance clients, you will handle inbound calls and provide high-quality consultations to promote our award-winning offerings — including dental supplementary insurance, pet health insurance, and supplementary health insurance — through cross-selling over the phone.
• You will cater to the needs and preferences of our customers during numerous inbound calls (which are warm leads), ensuring optimal solutions are provided.
• In the medium term, you will be assigned additional leads or service-to-sales calls aimed at enhancing sales performance.
• You will engage in sales incentives to boost product-line outcomes following marketing campaigns.
• Cold calling and appointment setting are not part of your responsibilities; rather, you will confidently advise incoming callers based on their inquiries.
• You will regularly collaborate with colleagues, fostering professional growth and shared success along the way.
• A number of years of experience in telephone-based product sales within inbound environments.
• Candidates from all sectors with proven sales-driven capabilities and a successful track record in customer interactions over the phone.
• A unique ability to win over customers.
• Ideally, knowledge of the insurance industry (motor insurance and supplementary products) along with call center experience.
• A passion for phone interactions and strong closing abilities.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written, in a business context.
