This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and investigate potential new clients (e.g., companies, hospitals, care facilities).
• Own and manage a well-structured lead pipeline within the CRM system.
• Assess leads based on established criteria.
• Initiate telephone contact with prospective customers (cold calling).
• Arrange and prepare the content for appointments for the field sales team.
• Utilize digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems).
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and consistently enhance outreach to target customers.
• Prior experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer service is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for telephone outreach.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems is essential.
• Business-fluent German is crucial for effective communication.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Permanent employment contract.
