This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with independent health food retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Address customer inquiries, product-related questions, and business needs efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with promotional planning, product suggestions, and merchandising opportunities.
• Reactivate lapsed accounts and uncover opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Spot and pursue growth avenues within underserved markets and emerging regions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as mutually agreed upon.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, pharmacists, and wellness clinics.
• Advocate for practitioner-oriented products, educational resources, and programs.
• Forge long-lasting partnerships that bolster patient outcomes and practice expansion.
• Keep precise customer records and activity documentation within CRM systems.
• Monitor account performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on territory performance.
• Engage in periodic product training, sales meetings, and business development discussions to remain informed on product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the natural health products, supplements, pharmacy, or healthcare sectors.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and natural products.
• Understanding of independent retail environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, and wellness clinics.
• Experience in managing a territory or national account portfolio.
• Existing connections within the Canadian natural health products sector, including independent retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners.
• Compensation: This role is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with limitless earning potential based on monthly sales performance.
• The successful candidate will run their own business and will be accountable for managing their own schedule, expenses, taxes, and benefits.
• This position is ideally suited for an established sales professional who currently represents complementary product lines and seeks to incorporate a premium Canadian supplement brand into their portfolio.
• Candidates are encouraged to represent other non-competing brands and manufacturers while collaborating with Pure Lab Vitamins.
• Should attendance at industry conferences, trade shows, or other events be necessary, Pure Lab Vitamins will negotiate a one-time payment for such participation.
