This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Advarra products and services to clients and potential customers within the designated segment
• Oversee a sales pipeline from initial engagement to contract finalization
• Meet booking, revenue, and profitability targets within designated account regions
• Identify sales prospects through daily outreach efforts
• Evaluate opportunities and effectively utilize Advarra resources
• Consistently achieve booking, revenue, and profit goals within the assigned region
• Engage in daily prospecting activities using various techniques to develop the pipeline
• Take direct responsibility for finalizing sales transactions with clients and prospects
• Work alongside the Contracts & Legal team to facilitate mutual NDAs, MSAs, and other agreements
• Collaborate with Advarra’s Service & Solution Sales Teams to aid in pipeline advancement
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to follow up on potential leads
• Present engaging presentations and product demonstrations in a virtual format
• Maintain and refresh contact, account, and opportunity information within company databases
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Prepare and present precise sales reports and forecasts to management
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, account management, or business development
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a capability to juggle multiple tasks
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage within a web-based environment
• Ability to gain credibility with executives, understand organizational politics, and maintain competitive awareness
• Strong skills in business planning
• Solid analytical and technical capabilities
• Self-driven, capable of taking responsibility, and able to work within a professional team setting
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Demonstrated persistence and determination to achieve objectives
