This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Identify and create new sales opportunities through both inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Assess customer requirements and guide leads throughout the sales process.
• Forward qualified leads to Business Development partners.
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or sales development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM and sales automation platforms.
• Must exhibit adaptability, professionalism, and self-motivation.
