Telephone Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound fundraising calls to secure pledges for client initiatives.

• Adhere to the messaging provided and approved by clients during each call.

• Employ the designated fundraising call structure, relevant political reasons, and transition phrases as necessary.

• Engage in active listening to offer suitable situational responses.

• Achieve and uphold project objectives and efficiency benchmarks.

• Exhibit outstanding customer service and respond promptly to the individual being contacted.

• Remain focused on the current project and prepare adequately for each call.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.

• Availability for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday is required.

• Additional shifts may be necessary during peak busy periods.

• Must be located within the continental United States.

• Must possess a personal computer that meets the system specifications, along with a USB headset, webcam, and a wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

• Must have a quiet, undisturbed workspace to ensure professional interactions with clients.

• A successful background check is required.

🏝️ Benefits

• Paid Training (weeks 1-3) at a rate of $11 per hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is higher).

• The base hourly wage increases to $16 after completing 3 weeks of training.

• Potential to earn bonuses of up to $20 per hour.

• A retention bonus of $250 is available after 4 weeks, contingent upon active status in good standing and performance (working 80 hours in the pay period and earning above $20 RPH).

• A $500 bonus is available after 7 weeks, based on active status in good standing and performance (full-time employment of at least 64 hours in the pay period).
