Telephone Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound fundraising calls to request pledges for client initiatives

• Adhere to the messaging provided and approved by the client for each call

• Implement the established fundraising call structure and utilize appropriate language as necessary

• Exhibit outstanding customer service throughout the calls

• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance

• Remain focused on the project and adequately prepare for each call

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be available for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday

• Must possess a computer, USB headset, web camera, and a wired internet connection

• Must have a quiet and uninterrupted workspace

• Must successfully complete a background check

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, fundraising, or collections is preferred
