πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develops strategies, prioritizes tasks, and implements sales initiatives to create opportunities with both new and existing practices.

β€’ Facilitates Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly meetings with customers, and end-of-quarter business discussions to foster growth and enhance partnerships.

β€’ Gains insight into practice business challenges, strategies, and priorities, and identifies how McKesson Provider Solutions can effectively address these needs.

β€’ Recognizes the most strategically significant customers, decision makers, and influencers, and actively builds relationships with them.

β€’ Proactively expands and nurtures a network to generate new opportunities.

β€’ Clearly communicates the ROI/value of products, services, and solutions.

β€’ Addresses the needs and concerns of practices; establishes customer feedback systems to monitor and assess concerns, issues, and satisfaction levels.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience, particularly in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or another healthcare-related field.

β€’ At least 4 years of progressive experience in sales or service roles.

β€’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional communication, with the ability to convey complex messages and promote services through both written and verbal communications to various practice stakeholders (physicians and administrative staff).

β€’ Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Oncology, Rheumatology, or multi-specialty environments.

β€’ Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, with preferred experience in SAP.

β€’ Proven experience in delivering customer quarterly business reviews or analyzing performance and demonstrating value to customers.

β€’ A track record of successful customer growth and retention.

β€’ Established ability to develop executive-level relationships and conduct meetings and presentations at the executive level.

β€’ Exhibits leadership qualities and the ability to assemble and coordinate a team of professionals to achieve shared goals/objectives and deliver customer value.

β€’ Experience with pharmaceutical products (preferably in oncology) and the buy-and-bill model.

β€’ Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, active, and unrestricted driving record/MVR.

β€’ Must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions – this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
