Teleoperador/a, Ventas y Cobranzas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from customers and users through phone calls, instant messaging, social media, or other channels, utilizing the established tools, policies, and operational and quality protocols.

• Implement sales and/or collection campaigns across various channels, adhering to the defined tools, policies, and operational and quality protocols.

• Participate in training sessions, feedback meetings, coordination activities, and complete assessments, whether in-person or virtual, consistently demonstrating improvements in performance.

• Report complex cases that require direct attention from the academic or administrative departments of the university.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum requirement of completed secondary education.

• At least 6 months of experience (essential in collections and/or sales).

• Full availability for work hours.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Minimum system requirements of Core i3 or Ryzen 3 dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, a resolution of 1024 x 768, and a hard drive of 128 GB.

• Proficient in handling calls, with a pleasant tone of voice, persuasive skills, and empathy.
