This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to Entel Perú customers interested in purchasing their products and services.

• Provide information regarding new lines and renewals.

• Assist customers throughout the contracting process.

• Meet the sales targets set by the campaign.

• Participate in 7 days of theoretical training, 2 days of practical training, and 5 days of OJT.

• Work shifts from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Work from home anywhere in Peru or from the office with the necessary equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor of 6th generation or higher, AMD 8 or Ryzen 3 or newer.

• Minimum 8 GB RAM.

• Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps via cable.

• Must have a camera and USB-connected headset.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Strong verbal communication skills, customer-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

• Perfect attendance, punctuality, and full participation during the training period are required.

• No professional experience is necessary.
