This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to Entel Perú clients interested in purchasing their products and services

• Provide information on new lines and renewals

• Guide clients throughout the contracting process

• Meet the sales targets set by the campaign

• Participate in 7 days of theoretical training, 2 days of practical training, and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT)

• Work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating rest schedule

• Attend mixed shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or PM shifts from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., based on availability and campaign scheduling

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Must have a personal PC or laptop

• Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor from the 6th generation onwards, AMD 8 or Ryzen 3 or later

• RAM of 8 GB or more

• Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps via wired connection

• Must have a camera and USB headset

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating rest schedule

• Good communication skills, customer orientation, and willingness to work towards sales goals

• Perfect attendance, punctuality, and active participation throughout the training are required

• No professional experience required
