This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who rely on prepaid top-ups.

• Present them with a postpaid plan that offers enhanced benefits.

• Provide guidance to clients regarding telecommunications services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection is required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor requirement: Core i3, 5th generation.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones are necessary.

• Camera must be enabled during training (mandatory).

• Skills required: Proficiency in Teams, ability to provide guidance, customer service, client support, and talent attraction.
