Teleoperador C2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to Entel Perú customers who are interested in purchasing their products and services.

• Provide information regarding new lines and renewals.

• Guide customers throughout the contracting process.

• Achieve the sales targets set by the campaign.

• Engage in theoretical, practical, and on-the-job training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor from the 6th generation or later, AMD 8 or Ryzen 3 or later.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.

• Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps via cable.

• Must have a camera and USB-connected headset.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating rest schedule.

• Good communication skills, customer-oriented, and a willingness to work towards sales objectives.

• No prior experience required.
