This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to Entel Perú customers interested in portability promotions

• Provide information regarding available products and services

• Guide customers through the purchasing process

• Work in shifts from Monday to Sunday, with a mixed schedule from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or an afternoon shift from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., with rotating breaks

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age

• PC/laptop with 8 GB RAM, SSD, and Windows 10/11

• Internet connection of 50 Mbps via cable (mandatory)

• Experience is not required

• Completed secondary education

• Sales closing skills

• Call center management experience

• Social skills
