Telemedicine Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations through secure video conferencing platforms.

• Create customized treatment strategies for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and binge eating disorders.

• Prescribe and oversee medications while providing comprehensive patient education regarding side effects and interactions.

• Monitor patient progress with regular follow-up appointments and modify care plans as necessary.

• Ensure accurate and timely medical record maintenance and promptly address prescription refills and inquiries.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to guarantee integrated and high-quality care.

• Adhere to full HIPAA compliance and remain updated on telemedicine regulations and employment laws.

• Report quality concerns promptly and participate in required training to keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in mental health (or at least 5+ years in primary care) with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and binge eating across diverse adult and pediatric patient populations.

• Diagnostic Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with DSM-5 and assessment tools such as GAD-7 and PHQ-9.

• Tech-Forward: Skilled in EHR systems with a solid understanding of state-specific telemedicine regulations.

• Patient-Centered: A compassionate communicator with high emotional intelligence, committed to making care accessible to various communities.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving telehealth environment.

• Bonus Points: Prior experience in a dedicated telehealth position is highly preferred.

• Graduation from an accredited U.S. medical school or a foreign medical school with ECFMG certification.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is required.

• Current, unrestricted state medical license.

• Active DEA license and applicable state controlled substance license(s).
