This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Virtual Care: Conduct patient appointments through secure video conferencing.
• Treatment & Diagnosis: Create customized treatment plans for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and binge eating disorders.
• Medication Management: Prescribe and oversee medications, ensuring comprehensive patient education regarding side effects and interactions.
• Monitoring: Assess patient progress with regular follow-ups and modify care plans as necessary.
• Documentation: Keep accurate and timely medical records, managing prescription refills and inquiries efficiently.
• Peer Collaboration: Collaborate with other providers to guarantee integrated, high-quality care.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure complete HIPAA compliance and stay updated on telemedicine regulations and employment laws.
• Quality & Growth: Promptly report quality concerns and participate in required training to remain current on the latest advancements in mental health.
• Clinical Expertise: At least 3+ years in mental health (or a minimum of 5+ years in primary care) with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and binge eating across diverse adult and pediatric populations.
• Diagnostic Mastery: Proficient use of DSM-5 and assessment tools (GAD-7, PHQ-9, etc.) at an expert level.
• Tech-Forward: Skilled in EHR systems and possess a solid understanding of state-specific telemedicine regulations.
• Patient-Centered: An empathetic, high-EQ communicator committed to making care accessible for varied communities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced telehealth environment.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience in a dedicated telehealth position is highly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited U.S. medical school or a foreign medical school with ECFMG certification.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is required.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry.
• Board certification (or board eligible, if applicable).
• Current, unrestricted state medical license.
• Active DEA license and any applicable state-controlled substance license(s).

• Initial Consult: Starting at $60 per video visit (30-minute visit).
• Follow-up Consult: Starting at $40 per video visit (15-minute visit).
• No-Shows: Compensation provided for no-shows and cancellations per company policy.
• Malpractice: Insurance is offered with tail coverage for providers who work a minimum of 10 hours a week with Mentavi Health.
