Telemedicine Internal/Family Medicine MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans via video consultations.

• Work in collaboration with a diverse healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise, up-to-date patient records and ensure timely chart documentation.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages promptly.

• Offer consultations, medical advice, and prescriptions when clinically warranted.

• Specialize in clinical areas such as PCOS, hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause/HRT, PMDD, obesity/weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild-to-moderate anxiety/depression.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.

• A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician with a focus on women’s health issues.

• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, highlighting empathy and clarity.

• Capacity to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice.

• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license(s) in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state currently experiencing a hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensing across states through the IMLC.

• Willingness to broaden expertise across various areas of women’s healthcare.

• Availability for a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week based on hiring requirements.
