Telehealth RN – Overnight Injury Triage Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage with injured employees and their supervisors to provide support during their workplace injury recovery.

• Deliver injury triage, first aid guidance, and connect them to appropriate support services.

• Offer compassionate care and expertise to clients, helping them achieve their personal health and wellbeing objectives.

• Coordinate supports and wellbeing services for a motivated client population.

• Conduct initial early intervention triage with clients, addressing both physical and mental health needs.

• Perform essential case coordination activities, including stakeholder communication and email updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse with full registration and relevant experience.

• Possess a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

• Proven completion of First Aid training (level 2).

• Demonstrate a caring and empathetic demeanor.

• Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in IT and time management skills.

• Strong focus on customer service.
