Telehealth Registered Nurse – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct clinical support to patients seeking medication abortion.

• Address patients' medical inquiries and concerns by providing prompt triage, clinical evaluation, and tailored nursing advice.

• Ensure that every patient feels acknowledged, supported, and cared for—offering culturally sensitive, evidence-based care during critical moments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required), preferably in a telehealth environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in providing abortion and reproductive healthcare.

• Active state licensure (RN) in at least one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact state license.

• Strong clinical assessment and triage abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions in real-time.

• Outstanding communication skills, enabling the delivery of clear and empathetic guidance to patients during stressful or uncertain times via chat and virtual consultations.

• Proficient in navigating clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and organizational policies related to patient care and documentation.

• Competent in utilizing online tools and technology for delivering care and communicating with patients.

• Experience in providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

• Dedication to reproductive justice and enhancing access to abortion services.

• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup atmosphere.

• Willingness to engage in continuous process improvement to enhance our tools and operations for better care delivery.

• Preferably bilingual in Spanish.
