Telehealth Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with patients in a telephonic healthcare environment.

• Create, execute, and assess comprehensive care plans for patients with various medical conditions.

• Make outbound calls to inform and assist patients about new medications.

• Ensure continuity of care for specific patient groups through nursing outreach initiatives.

• Educate patients on medication adherence and their respective health conditions.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.

• Deliver empathetic patient support and outstanding customer service.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence.

• Must hold multi-state/compact privileges and be able to obtain licensure in all non-compact states, territories, and the District of Columbia as business needs dictate.

• Must fulfill relevant state nursing board requirements.

• Candidates must reside in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Idaho, or Iowa for this position.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Prior telephonic nursing experience is preferred.

• Experience with EPIC systems is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is preferred.

• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
