Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform Annual Wellness Visits and follow-up E/M visits via phone or video.

• Oversee chronic conditions, evaluate medications, and prescribe as clinically necessary.

• Generate orders for required screenings and assess returned results for initiated care.

• Address care gaps and foster relationships with Medicare patients.

• Accurately document each encounter using the SOAP format.

• Work during clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET, and Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM ET.

• Provide comprehensive virtual care for a nationwide medical practice collaborating with Medicare Advantage plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states.

• Demonstrated experience in patient care within a virtual or telehealth clinic setting.

• Background in preventive and/or primary care.

• Proficient in conducting both phone and video visits, with fluency in EHR systems.

• Excellent documentation abilities and patient communication skills.

• Strong digital proficiency with the capability to navigate various systems.

• Must use a Windows or Apple (macOS) computer; Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones are not permitted.

• Operating on Windows 10 or later, or macOS 14 Sonoma or later.

• Requires Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor for Windows; Apple Silicon for Mac.

• Minimum 16 GB RAM is necessary.

• Wired headphones are mandatory; built-in microphones are not acceptable.

• Internet speed must be at least 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.

• An Ethernet cable must connect the computer directly to the router.

• Google Chrome with Amazon WorkSpaces is required.

• A webcam is essential for video conferencing.

• All work must be performed physically within the United States; international work is prohibited during scheduled hours.

• Availability of at least 16 hours per week is required.
