Telehealth Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with Small Door members through text-based chat and phone to offer telehealth services and support.

• Provide an outstanding member experience by expressing empathy and warmth in both chat and phone communications.

• Effectively manage and resolve tasks independently while adhering to high-quality standards and timelines.

• Collaborate continuously with both virtual and in-practice team members through regular communication and monthly team meetings.

• Apply your clinical training to provide personalized virtual care to patients.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and communication documentation.

• Become proficient in internal systems and tools to consistently deliver exceptional care to members while achieving quality and productivity targets.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Small Door's memberships, services, and benefits.

• Lead by example and embody the experience standards of Small Door.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a LVT/RVT/CVT.

• Ability to triage; knowledgeable in identifying medical emergencies and illnesses.

• A desire to work in a company with a startup mentality, embracing change and innovation.

• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• A customer service-oriented mindset, demonstrating high levels of empathy and compassion.

• Proficient with technology and online tools (G Suite, Slack, Intercom or other CRM platforms, etc.).

• Availability to work flexible/non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

• A genuine passion for and love of animals, especially cats and dogs!
