Room Attendant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.

• Identify and report any maintenance concerns or damages in guest rooms to ensure quick resolution.

• Adhere to hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all designated areas.

• Replenish and manage inventory of guest room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and towels.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on departmental needs.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.

• Capability to communicate in basic conversational English with team members and guests to facilitate safe operations, work coordination, and service standards.

• Additional language proficiency is encouraged and appreciated.
