This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

• Lead and provide direction to the RCM Application Management Support team.

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the department.

• Supervise RCM applications to ensure consistent and stable performance.

• Update and maintain master files and tables within the core business systems.

• Ensure the integrity and continuous quality control of RCM configurations and reporting.

• Conduct investigations and escalate issues as necessary.

• Serve as the primary liaison with ancillary vendors to support billing center(s).

• Represent and/or lead initiatives related to internal billing, operations, and IT.

• Collaborate with the Manager and Director of RCM Applications Management Support.

• Experience in configuring healthcare RCM applications; familiarity with TELCOR RCM is a plus.

• Knowledge of healthcare claims and invoice processing; experience in long-term care is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills in registration, claim processing, billing, and reimbursement impacted by various data systems.

• Ability to research regulations to ensure accurate system configurations.

• Experience with claims clearinghouses is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven capability to communicate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats to guide audiences.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in prioritizing, organizing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

• Ability to lead and motivate both centralized and remote staff.

• Proficient in revenue cycle systems, including master table setup and maintenance.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capabilities being essential.

• SQL experience is recommended but not required.
