Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the main support and relationship builder for prospective students on a one-to-one basis.

• Inform prospects about online degree programs, financial options, and licensure requirements.

• Assist prospects throughout the enrollment journey.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the lead generation and application processes.

• Apply organizational skills and forecasting techniques to effectively manage the pipeline.

• Enhance student engagement by developing tailored pathways.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional sales experience is preferred, particularly in higher education admissions, recruiting, or related sectors.

• Exceptional time management and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Capability to connect positively and professionally with prospective students.

• Proficiency in utilizing customer-tracking software applications and tools.

• A relevant four-year degree is preferred, or a strong resume and portfolio may be considered instead.

• Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
