Telehealth Gynecologist – Flexible Schedule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations

• Create tailored treatment strategies

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Instruct patients on preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods

• Keep precise and current patient records

• Ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically suitable

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Current national board certification in Gynecology

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Capacity to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical care

• Proficiency in EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states

• At least one active license must be in a state with a current hiring need

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensing across states through the IMLC is required

• Prior experience with telehealth is advantageous

• Minimum availability of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, contingent on hiring requirements
