Telehealth Gynecologist – Evenings, Fridays, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations.

• Create individualized treatment strategies.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive healthcare and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise, current patient records.

• Ensure timely chart documentation.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically warranted.

• Commit to a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, based on hiring requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical practice as a Gynecologist.

• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice.

• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state with an immediate hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or the ability to obtain licensure across states through the IMLC is necessary.

• A minimum of 80% of weekly contracted hours must be scheduled during specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend timeframes.

• Telehealth experience is advantageous.
