Telehealth Gynecologist, Evenings, Fridays, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations.

• Create individualized treatment strategies.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training while adhering to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness through evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of charting tasks.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Offer consultations, medical advice, and prescriptions as clinically warranted.

• Commit to a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly.

• Arrange at least 80% of weekly contracted hours during evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based treatment grounded in contemporary clinical research.

• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state where there is an active hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensing across states via the IMLC is required.

• At least 80% of contracted weekly hours must be scheduled during required evening, Friday, and/or weekend timeframes.

• A minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours each week, depending on hiring requirements.

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
