Telehealth Gynecologist – Evenings, Fridays, and/or Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise, updated patient records and ensure prompt charting.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Offer a minimum of 10–20 hours of patient-facing services weekly, based on hiring requirements.

• Provide consultations, medical advice, and prescriptions when clinically warranted.

• Schedule at least 80% of contracted weekly hours during evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience in managing chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

• Capacity to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in current clinical research.

• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state with an immediate hiring need.

• Multistate licensure, or eligibility for licensure across states through the IMLC, is essential.

• Minimum of 80% of weekly contracted hours to be scheduled during designated evening, Friday, and/or weekend time slots.

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
