Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients through video consultations.

• Create tailored treatment strategies for individual patients.

• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training while adhering to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Instruct patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient records.

• Ensure timely completion of charting tasks.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescribing medications when clinically justified.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution is required.

• Current national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

• Capability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.

• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expansion tools, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state where there is a current hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensing across states via the IMLC is mandatory.

• A minimum of 80% of contracted weekly hours must be during specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend periods.

• Ability to commit to at least 10–20 patient-facing hours each week, based on hiring requirements.
