Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Keep precise and current patient records.

• Ensure timely completion of charting.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically appropriate.

• Commit to providing a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, based on hiring requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Familiarity with chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Proficiency in working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state with a current hiring demand.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensure across states through the IMLC is required.
