Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations

• Create tailored treatment plans for individual patients

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of care providers

• Complete all necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness through evidence-based methods

• Keep precise and current patient records

• Ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion

• Offer consultations, medical advice, and prescriptions when clinically appropriate

• Commit to a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, based on hiring requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized institution

• Active national board certification in Gynecology

• A minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to evidence-based practices grounded in current clinical research

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states

• At least one active license must be in a state where Allara is currently hiring

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensure across states via the IMLC is mandatory

• At least 80% of contracted weekly hours must be scheduled within specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend slots

• A minimum commitment of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, based on hiring needs

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous
