Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations

• Create tailored treatment strategies for individual patients

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team

• Complete necessary training while adhering to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches

• Keep precise and current patient records

• Ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescribing medications when clinically suitable

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Active national board certification in Gynecology

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience dealing with chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Capacity to operate as an independent provider with robust diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing compassion and clarity

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in contemporary clinical research

• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states

• At least one active license must be in a state where Allara has a current hiring need

• Multistate licensure or eligibility to license across states via the IMLC is required

• Ability to commit a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, depending on hiring requirements

• Availability for at least 80% of contracted weekly hours during designated evening, Friday, and/or weekend slots
