Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment strategies through video consultations.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks with clarity and attentiveness.

• Commit to a minimum of 10–20 hours of patient-facing interactions each week, encompassing consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• Minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience in managing chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling software.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state where Allara has a current hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility to acquire licensure across states via the IMLC is mandatory.

• Prior experience in telehealth is advantageous.
