Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

• Complete necessary training while adhering to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise, current patient records and ensure timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative communications and tasks.

• Commit to a minimum of 10–20 hours of patient interaction weekly, based on hiring requirements.

• Offer consultations, medical advice, and prescriptions when clinically appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Current national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience in managing chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Ability to operate as an independent provider with solid diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

• Capacity to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be in a state where Allara is currently hiring.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensure across states through the IMLC is mandatory.
