Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations

• Create tailored treatment strategies

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Complete all necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods

• Keep precise and current patient documentation

• Ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks

• Offer at least 10–20 hours of patient-facing services weekly, including consultations and medical advice

• Prescribe medications when clinically justified

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Active national board certification in Gynecology

• At least 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience in managing chronic and complex women's health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Ability to operate as an independent provider with excellent diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity

• Capacity to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to evidence-based care informed by current clinical research

• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states

• At least one active license must be in a state where Allara currently has a hiring need

• Multistate licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure across states through the IMLC is mandatory
