Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations

• Create individualized treatment strategies

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods

• Keep precise and current patient records

• Ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages and tasks

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically appropriate

• Commit to at least 10–20 hours of patient-facing interactions weekly, depending on hiring requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Gynecologist

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Active national board certification in Gynecology

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience in managing chronic and complex women’s health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices

• Technical proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states

• At least one active license must be in a state where Allara has an existing hiring need

• Multistate licensure, or eligibility for licensing across states via the IMLC, is mandatory

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous

• Minimum availability of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, depending on hiring needs
