Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.

• Keep accurate and current patient records while ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Offer a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, based on hiring requirements, including consultations and medical advice.

• Prescribe medications when clinically justified.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized institution.

• Current national board certification in Gynecology.

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Experience with chronic and complex women's health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating compassion and clarity.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice.

• Familiarity with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one active license must be from a state where Allara has a hiring requirement.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensing across states via the IMLC.

• Capability to schedule a minimum of 80% of weekly contracted hours during specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend hours.

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
