Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations

• Create individualized treatment strategies

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Inform patients about preventative health measures and wellness using evidence-based approaches

• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date

• Ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages and tasks

• Offer consultations and medical advice, including prescriptions when clinically appropriate

• Commit to a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, based on hiring requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized institution

• Active national board certification in Gynecology

• At least 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience managing chronic and complex women’s health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, focusing on empathy and clarity

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in contemporary clinical research

• Proficient in EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states

• At least one active license must be in a state with an immediate hiring need

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for licensing across states through the IMLC is required

• Prior telehealth experience is an advantage

• Minimum availability of 10–20 patient-facing hours weekly, depending on hiring needs

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is currently or prospectively needed to work in the United States
