Telehealth Gynecologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through video consultations.

• Create customized treatment strategies.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver care.

• Complete necessary training while adhering to clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of charting.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Provide at least 10–20 hours of direct patient interaction weekly, including consultations and medical advice.

• Prescribe medications when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Gynecologist.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active national board certification in Gynecology.

• A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.

• Familiarity with chronic and complex women's health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states.

• At least one license must be in a state experiencing an active hiring need.

• Multistate licensure or eligibility for interstate licensing through the IMLC is required.
