Telehealth Endocrinologist, Board-Eligible

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in conjunction with a diverse multidisciplinary care team.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical guidelines, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise and current patient records while ensuring timely chart completion.

• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.

• Provide a minimum of 10 hours per week in patient-facing activities, including consultations, medical advice, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.

• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.

• Board-eligible in Endocrinology through ABIM.

• Commitment to achieve ABIM Endocrinology board certification within one year of employment.

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.

• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, highlighting compassion and clarity.

• Ability to establish patient trust and rapport in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to evidence-based clinical care.

• Proficient with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Experience in women’s health is advantageous.

• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
