Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Performing behavioral or functional Analytic Assessment Processes.

• Creating case supervision and clinical management strategies.

• Designing and executing an ABA Treatment Plan.

• Collaborating with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) to address client and family concerns.

• Choosing suitable stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on the individual's age and capabilities.

• Involving clients and families in establishing treatment objectives and training them on specific strategies and skills for effective carryover.

• Delivering clear and concise instructions when presenting materials and/or techniques during therapy sessions.

• Accurately documenting and tracking daily progress for clients and their families.

• Efficiently utilizing session time to achieve objectives.

• Providing immediate and accurate feedback to clients and/or families.

• Planning for the discharge of the individual served.

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification is required.

• A Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with pediatric populations.

• At least two years of experience in a practical setting involving functional assessments/analyses, as well as the development and implementation of functional behavior plans, including ongoing oversight and adjustments to these programs.

• Memberships in specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations are strongly encouraged.

• Over one year of experience in Telehealth supervision.

• Must be located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

• Capability to work within the hours of 9am to 6pm MT.
