This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
• Manage matters related to social security.
• Confirm the proper affiliation of employees prior to their start date.
• Ensure the collection and validation of necessary documentation for personnel entry.
• Handle the signing of contracts and labor documents.
• Verify compliance with legal and organizational requirements for hiring.
• Create, organize, and maintain both physical and digital employee records.
• Ensure the scheduling of occupational medical examinations for new hires.
• Keep the personnel information updated continuously.
• Must possess a valid disability certificate.
• Education: Technician or technologist in Business Administration, Human Talent Management, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in relevant areas.
